At Galaxy Software Services (GSS), I’ve spent nearly a decade helping build and evolve Taiwan’s leading official document system . Today, I own the product strategy and roadmap for a system serving 300+ government and enterprise organizations, transforming a 30-year legacy platform into an agentic product with cloud/on-prem LLMs, RAG, and human–AI workflows.
With a decade in engineering before product leadership, I bridge model performance, system scalability, and ISO 27001/27701 compliance into measurable outcomes.
Outside work, I stay hands-on by turning ideas into quick POCs—spec’ing with OpenSpec/Speckit and building demos with Claude Code and Cursor.

SaaS Document Workflow Platform
Cloud-native SaaS edition of the enterprise document workflow platform, built on Azure. Lowered the barrier to entry with a free-trial-to-subscription model, expanding the customer base to NGOs, NPOs, and smaller agencies that need compliant document exchange with government. Features email-to-system document ingestion with automated OCR processing. Growing at ~50 new organizational subscribers per year.

Browser-Based WYSIWYG Document Editor
A browser-based WYSIWYG editor for composing regulation-compliant official documents. Replaced form-based editing workflows where users filled in fields without seeing the final layout — enabling real-time visual control over formatting, line breaks, and page composition on A4 output. Integrated as the core editing experience in the Enterprise Document Workflow Platform and sold standalone to clients with their own document systems.
